Indian food here is fantastic!  We've had take out a couple of nights from a few different places in Suva and I've yet to have any that wasn't delicious.  Roti (what we would call tortias in the States) is served at one place and last night we had Naan.  But the flavors of all the dishes are incredible.  And I would say that I do a bit of Indian food at home.  It has Jay and I convinced we need to figure out what dishes the boys would like so we can make this an even more regular rotation on our family meals.
